John, along with his wife, Pamela, has owned and operated real estate mortgage companies since 1990. He has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 1987. John has a degree from Cal-State Northridge in History. He is on the Board of Directors of the California Mortgage Association and currently serves as Treasurer.
John was born in New York and raised in Southern California. In his spare time, he enjoys snow skiing, gardening and relaxing with his cats.

PAMELA K. GRAZIANO
Pamela specializes in the origination and funding of private money loans.
Pamela is a 50% shareholder of the Company and serves as Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Broker of Record. She has over 17 years of bank lending experience in the areas of consumer finance, residential real estate and business lending.
Pamela, along with her husband, John, has owned and operated real estate mortgage companies since 1990. She has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 1988.
Pamela was born and raised in Santa Rosa. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and relaxing with her two cats.

Denise Beeson
Denise Beeson works with Small Business Owners and Real Estate professionals specializing in placing commercial loans with preferred lending institutions and private money financing.
She joined BaySierra Financial, Inc. in 2009 as Broker Associate. Prior to BaySierra she was Vice President at WAMU responsible for small business relationships in the North Bay and Business Development/SBA Loan Officer with Summit State Bank in Sonoma county. Denise is also an Adjunct Instructor in the Business Administration Dept at SRJC specializing in Small Business Management.
Denise has a BA from Whittier College and an MA from San Francisco State. She has been a resident of Sonoma County since 1970s and has been very involved in her community participating in the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce- Economic Vitality committee, Sonoma Mountain Business Cluster- Mentoring committee, Sonoma county Bar Association, Remodeler's Association and the Sonoma county Library Literacy (ESL) Program.

Kirk Edwards
Kirk specializes in the originations of private money and institutional-commercial loans.
He joined BaySierra Financial in 2002 as a Broker Associate. Prior to that, Kirk worked for Security Pacific Bank for 21 years in various lending and management positions. He has a degree in Business Administration from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, CA. Kirk has been working as a commercial real estate mortgage broker since 1987. He has been involved in many civic activities, including being President of the local Chamber of Commerce.
Kirk lives in Modesto. He has been married for 43 years, has two children and three grandchildren.

E Frank Francone
Frank specializes in the origination and funding of private money loans.
Frank joined Baysierra Financial in 2012. Previously, he worked for Bank of America for 25 years in a variety of corporate lending assignments in a number of domestic and international locations. During his last eleven years at the bank, Frank was a Managing Director in the Corporate Loans Syndications Department where he arranged large loans for corporate clients throughout the US and sold portions of those loans to other large domestic and international banks.
For the last fifteen years Frank has invested in trust deed loans, a number of large real estate funds and purchased and sold some commercial real estate for his own account.

Tom Lubas
Tom specializes in the origination and funding of private money commercial loans. He can also provide institutional commercial financing. In addition, he maintains an investor base of private money lenders. Furthermore, Tom has become a Reverse Mortgage Specialist. He has taken many classes that are necessary to understand this important financial alternative. He joined BaySierra Financial in 2000 as a Broker Associate. Prior to joining BaySierra Financial, Tom was with Santa Rosa Mortgage & Investment Co. for seven years. He has over 40 years of combined experience in banking, accounting and the mortgage business. Tom holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver. He also served as Chairman of the Sonoma County Planning Commission.

Christie Rennie
Christie specializes in the origination of private money and residential loans.
She joined BaySierra Financial in 2000 as a Loan Agent. With her 14 years experience in the real estate industry, Christie can offer clients and referring brokers a diverse spectrum of lending possibilities. Bobby Ritter
Bobby specializes in the origination and funding of private money loans.
He joined BaySierra Financial in 2003 as the Fund Administrator of BaySierra Mortgage Fund, LLC, where he developed and maintained client relationships for five successful years. During that time, the Fund enjoyed a large volume of repeat business involving accounts of all sizes. In this position, Bobby was able to develop excellent presentation skills, and found the challenge of winning the trust and business of new clients an especially rewarding experience.
Bobby's previous work experience with BaySierra Financial has enabled him to gain a deep and diverse understanding of the mindset and skills needed to succeed in his current position as a Loan Agent. His experiences, combined with his ability to adapt to a wide variety of circumstances and to manage many responsibilities while nurturing necessary lines of communication with others, make him a very valuable member of the BaySierra Financial Inc. team/family.

Lou Steinberg
Lou specializes in placing commercial loans through lending institutions, nation-wide.
He joined BaySierra Financial in April 2008 as a Broker Associate. Prior to joining BaySierra Financial, Lou worked as a Vice President for ITM Commercial Division.
After graduating from Sonoma State University, Lou went to work for Bank of America, working with all forms of commercial lending. Then Lou went out on his own and became a Broker and Partner in his own Real Estate Sales and Leasing company, focusing on commercial and land sales in California and Nevada.
Lou has lived in Petaluma since 1972. He is very active in community events and received the Distinguished Alumni award from Sonoma State University for 2007-2008. He also served on the State Faculty for Continuing Education and was an instructor for Anthony School of Real Estate.
